Actually that's an insult to the species; I've never seen a piglet's dirty diaper dumped in a parking lot on a hot summer's day. What would be so difficult about walking 50 feet to put it in a trash container?
In 14 years of traveling with a dog I have never left piles of s*** in a public place, and it really gets my goat up when I step out of my truck onto somebody's dirty diaper.
Sorry, end of rant.
Were you traveling in France by any chance?Hope our French TBNers don't take offense, but ...
Dave.
When people ask me what Paris was like, I say its one of the nicest rest rooms i've ever seen

I think people traveling along the highway feel they need something to aim for when they throw their trash, and a driveway gives them that![]()

I agree. Our society has degraded to ignoring such breaches of law and etiquette allowing it to become almost acceptable. I have seen law enforcement officers cite violators who then complain about the citation and weak minded authorities, politicians and judges dismiss the tickets, which furthers the littering.
It's a real shame there would ever need to be litter laws. Etiquette is not what it used to beI have no proof, but my gut feeling is the majority of the littering is done by a fairly small group of people.
Dave.
