Nice equip. for the job.
Curious, why so shallow (depth) when you have the hoe?

How was it when getting the dirt off the tarps and corrugated board?

Looks like a fun time and a good job to have done.

the tarps made things a lot easier --

-- as for the depth, i was following his lead -- maybe shoulda' gone lower -- :|

I haven't seen a 200s in a long time. I use to have a 185s but it didn't look that nice when I sold it decades ago. I still have a 250sx somewhere around. I remember my 185 vibrated enough to shake your fillings out of your teeth.

Just last week I ran power to my garage I'm building. I wish I had a smaller backhoe like yours. My 18" bucket was overkill for 2" conduit.

I just wanted to add, if you haven't already done so, make an accurate MAP of everything you bury in the ground and take your reference point off permanent structures.Trust me when I say that you WILL forget where things are after a few years, and it is very expensive and inconvenient to dig through an underground electrical service. If you have already done so, kindly ignore this! :)
PS...I have to agree on the depth of burial. Usually (depending on location and Regulations) electrical is supposed to be buried at least 2 feet deep.

that is WAY shallow. code in most states specifies at least 18" deep for conduit, and 24" deep for UF cable.

see NEC section 300.5 for more details; for example, the burial depth required is relaxed when the conduit is run under a 2" thick (minimum) concrete slab, but the burial depth required is increased when the conduit is run below vehicle traffic (a parking lot, road, driveway, etc.)

Did we find out the voltage & amps ran to the garage?? Some installs can be 12" , if protected by a GFI... We need more information, but I would like to see it deeper too.... More Seat Time ....
