I would think (doesn't happen very often) that all manufacturers provide an MSO (Manufaturers Statement of Origin). Are you guys (other than TripleR) saying that you got nothing other than a bill of sale??

If you financed it through KCC, you should've gotten some sort of lien release document at the end of your term though.
I've bought several new Kubotas and even paid a few off. Nothing but a contract showing purchase from Steve Barlow at purchase and then when paid off a copy of my loan with KCC with a stamped PAID on it. I do go to the KCC web site and make sire it shows paid there. I did sell one Kubota and made payments to KCC for another year or so after I sold it. Was going to pay it off with sale proceeds but with 0% interest it didn't make sense to do that so I used the money.
Ky has a website where liens are filed against stuff like tractors and anyone can go to that website and see if there is/was a lien filed for that person and a particular tractor.
