I had a similar situation with a truck that was way underpriced. He wanted me to send him money because he was out of town and then he would release the truck for my pickup. I kept this con going for weeks. He told me he was on a ship back to the states. He told me what ship. I told him my brother worked on that ship and he would just pay him so the money would not get lost. I played this con for weeks. Guess he finally figured out I was smarter than he was went away.

Unfortunately, the more likely case is the children are learning how easy it is to become a wealthy scammer, living off the hard work of others.

More of that type around than anyone would like I'm sure.
