Well the Steaks that made it to Ohio were a great hit. My sweetheart (Gean) said hers was the best steak she had eaten in a long time. (Mine was pretty darn good too):thumbsup:

I thought I'd post a couple pics for you guys. I only wish I had one of those anti gravity steak grilling thingys that RT's got. Mine is just the standard horizontal variety.

Pics are a bit grainy, but it was really lousy weather here, rain and gloomy.

Yeah, a lot of amatures would merely turn the camera upside down to achieve that effect, but I'm old school baby.
The hard part is focusing with all the blood rushing to your head.
