I've seen them.. once you see the price you will likely want to find a piston pump and the plumbing...

Try a dealer in your area that sells Sperex aftermarket parts. They are in Ohio. They help me out last year with a new center section. They don't list one in their book anymore,but still managed to find one for me. Trac

It's a vickers vane pump. ( as I mentioned.. you will find it cheaper to buy a working piston pump and the manifold than repairing a vane pump. I did a search for naa vane pump and there is a place selling rebuilts for 569 + shipping, + 100$ core.. if your core is rebuildable..)
perusing my old notes.. I find 2 saved sources:
1, Steiner Tractor Parts - New Restoration Quality Parts for Antique Tractors lists a kit for $400.00 for the vane pump
2: a saved message from a user on yt that posted specifics and a web site:
Rebuilding the Hy-Trol vane pump.
Many parts are readily available to rebuild the NAA vane pump. The pump is a Vickers pump, and some of the parts are still available from Vickers. The following is a list of the parts.
If you need a dwg of the pump (so the numbers make sense) just let me know and I can e-mail it to you.
Gasket #7 can purchase from the dealer
O-ring #18 = 112buna
O-ring #19 = 037buna (2 pcs)
O-ring on the pressure line #114 buna
Gasket on the pressure line - No longer available, need to fabricate from gasket material
O-ring on the suction side #212 buna
Gasket on the suction side No longer available, need to fabricate from gasket material
Seal #29 NOK 229236 (can purchase from the dealer)
Bearing #27 = 6204 (open)
Bearing #30 = 6201 (open)
Rotor and vanes #22 & 23 - available from Precisionfluidpower.com
Cam ring #21 - available from Precisionfluidpower.com
You will need the number /letter on the cam ring if you need to order the rotor, vanes, and /or the cam ring. The number/letter is stamped into the cam ring, and until it is cleaned up good, and put under good lighting, it is very difficult to locate, and read.
Many of the above items are generic, and can be located from numerous sources. If you need to replace the casting, or shaft, they were specials, and your best bet may be to try and locate used parts.
If you were to buy a new pump from the dealer it would cost over $1000, and parts would be just as expensive.
