Thanks civesnedfield. I pulled the main line off comming from the tank and the shut off valve. The shut off valve was pluged. Thanks again. you save me alot of money. I never hire anyone to work on any of my stuff.
I had a similar problem, it was a hidden filter not listed any were, it sites on top of the sediment bowl INSIDE THE FUEL TANK. It took me two years to find it.

No problem. Been there done that. Just do be careful not to run it too long if that happens again. Due to the lack of fuel going thru the injector pump, there is also a lack of lubrication, (Diesel fuel also acts as a lubricant) it is possible to damage the pump. No I didn't do that but I know of someone that it happened to. Let's just say every thing turned out ok after he bought a new injector pump.
