Oh don't say "Kenny from NC warehouse says otherwise evidently" because that is who I am and my dealer are dealing with and we both haven't heard a word...on the loader valve replacement yet..

Wow the valve uses smaller the sae 8, I wondered that being and import...
Hope you get yours running good soon, good luck.
Ahhh...to dang funny! Pleasure to meet you! Funny how the story fades through the grapevine.
I just can't see how the rate of drop I have is acceptable. While mowing last night, I had to adjusting every few minutes to keep the bucket up.
I know Kenny at Coleman has been pulling his hair out over this whole thing...and BTW...those guys have been so awesome through this whole issue the last 16 months.
The valve from Brand says SAE8 on its web site. What is the size on the valve on the T300 that I have? It is just slighly smaller than the Brand model.
I love my little T300...don't get me wrong...it is a beast! I just need to get through this hydraulic issue sometime soon...winter is coming...

So...in closing...did not mean to mis-quote you...my most humble apology!

You will probably find it is metric threads. I know the quick connects on my loader are. The only place I found them are through the dealer. My local hyd shop couldn't match 'em so I just put new O rings in. Lots of luck on the threads ,let us know what size they really are. STEVE

les, while mowing you shouldn't have to adjust the bucket at all...

I have done some boxblading this spring and was out there for hours without ever adjusting my bucket.

Yeah...I know...my point exactly. About every 10 minutes or so yesterday, I had to tip the bucket back up. The loader would drop about an inch every 30 minutes or so.

Came across this chart thought this may come in handy for you.
OEM TYM size must be Metric M12 with 1.5 pitch then.

Now may want to check into enlarging the valve up 2 sizes if possible then maybe a sleeve would be available to adapting the OEM fittings.
Just my 2-penny opinion.

Good luck

Thank you...any and all info is appreciated.
I may have a work around for the banjo fittings. The hoses are only 4' long, so I can replace them with flare fittings like the rest and should be good to go. I will have to pull one of the connectons for the flare and test it on the nipple adapter I bought...
I will take pictures if and when this gets going...

There is good news, and then there is more good news!

The JIC connection is a standard size and not metric, so the adapters I purchased along with the purchase of 3 new hydraulic lines to eliminate the bango fitting and a couple of femail JIC fittings, I will be in business this weekend.
I will post all the parts and tools as well as pictures this weekend. Along with my post, I will repost the NT part number for my Brand valve and the info for asking for the Power Beyond Sleeve from NT.
