Good new 16" Hitachi saw for $100

There's a farm store chain selling the Tanaka/Hitachi 32CC saw for $99 after rebate. Some site, but I might break a rule telling you which one, rates them fairly good.

The saw often sells for about $250 and up.

I'd tell you where and provide a link, but I've been penalized for doing that.

And I'd tell you how to search, but I've been penalized for doing that.

Your post obviously takes shots at TBN rules and regs. They will probably penalize you for that as well.

Yup, don't knock TBN. These are good rules, and we can find our own cheap saws.

Sorry - I should have said "penalized on another forum".

The mod over there complained I was "advertising".

I hate sites like that! Where you can only list a sponsor that sales a saw for $100 more then a place you know where it is at for a $100 cheaper. It's all about money maker for them, I call BS!

Great that we have sponsors that pay the bills to keep this site up and running.
And I'm glad it is open to me for free, and I don't think of it as a public forum or free service.
And yes, believe it or not, it is about money.

i bought one at my local lumber/hardware store back in july, still waiting for the rebate.the review is save your time and money and buy a hand saw it will work better. or spend a little more for a better saw.even the cheep polan discount store saws worked better. but that's just my opinion your's may be different
