I rent a 160sqft Pole Barn, 18k for 3 years

He has a good head on his shoulders but what he decides after a couple of years could change. His mom went back to get her masters a year after we graduated and married. I was going for mine once she finished hers...never seemed to have the time. I had a chance to become a professors assistant and get my masters but was broke and had to leave with the BS and get a job.

So we told him just to stay and get the masters it would be a lot easier.

Good advice I went back a few years ago and got my masters and my wife finished hers in August. Its tough going back to school while working and raising kids.

A local dealer in Cleveland builds 10X12 sheds for about $1400. How can anyone justify charging $6000 a year for not much more space, unless of coures, it is in downtown Charlotte. Have you checked local grass airports? Typical hangars rent for $150 to $200 per month and have a lot more space.

Ya know I always see these stories about people "living" in a mini storage- I always wonder- an extension cord plugged into what? And what about bathroom facilities....

Usually there is a blue port-a-pot on the grounds. You could pay for gym membership to handle the showering duties. Sorry for the highjack.
