Never worry about that, once you've bought the item. For tractors, prices are regional so price comparisons can be completely bogus.
As long as you are happy, that's all that matters! Right?

I guess so Roy....but based on pushingtin's deal, I didn't do so good. I definitely think I had a better monetary deal going with the 3120....the one I got was what they said a couple visits ago was the most popular one for guys in the mountains. That said, the price was below what another dealer would sell it to me for so I did the best I could.

Tractor with CX loader/heavy duty bucket, new warranty, block heater, grill guard, ag tires with beet juice plus a couple hundred pounds of wheel weights came to 23,500. 985 for the blade. Delivered.

Good deal or not so much?

Unless you are buying and selling all the time, you will get a short period of buyer's remorse generally. Second guessing yourself, etc really takes away from the enjoyable experience of your new tractor. You did great, now go enjoy your tractor.:thumbsup:

BTW, did you get hats and tee shirts with your tractor? Do you have a tractor blanket to keep it warm on these cool fall nights? Oops, almost forgot to remind you to keep it washed and waxed.

We got to the dealer yesterday all ready to go for the 3120 and all of a sudden they've also got a demo'd 3520 that was same deal....except for price of course. In other words, about 200 hours, sold as new cuz in the demo fleet (they keep a couple tractors at the Nat'l Western complex in town all the time and rotate them in and out). It has ag tires and a couple hundred pounds of wheel weights with the CX loader and the heavy duty bucket. All in all, the tires had less wear than the 3120 and the same was true for the tractor (i.e. pedals) and bucket. I really wanted the extra power of the tractor since we're at 6500' and the ag tires for traction in the snow....I was like...crap!! This is more $ than I wanted to spend!!!!

Anyway, in the end we spent the extra $ on the 3520 and got a Land Pride RB3572 for clearing snow and grading our driveway. Got beet juice in the tires and its got a block heater and grill guard. Should be delivered mid-next week.

Don't even think of what you paid for the machine. Water under the bridge. Think of what the machine can do for you once you get it.

You definately didn't get ripped-off and it's only money, anyways. You got a superb product for your money.:thumbsup:

Second guessing yourself, etc really takes away from the enjoyable experience of your new tractor.

Thanks for all the support guys!! The guy said something about bringing us some hats when he brings us the machine. We'll see! Will post up some pics too once we get it. They had to get the beet juice guy to come out and load up the tires, and give it a bath and such.

One thing is good....I've got a nice big garage to keep her in so she'll be out of the weather unless we're using her. May need to get her a nice big blanket for those chilly winter nights though cuz the garage isn't heated. :laughing:

Actually, will run some wiring down to her stall and the ones next to her so we can keep her block heater plugged in and our dirt bikes on battery maintainers too.

Do you guys keep block heaters plugged in 24/7 in winter or just plug it in a little while before you're ready to work? Also...what about a battery maintainer....do you guys who don't use your tractors every day use them?

I don't use a block heater. My machine is kept in a garage below the house, so heat from the house keeps it warm enough (even though the garage isn't "heated".
However, a block heater is a good idea...most I've read on TBN just use them a few hours before usage.

Congrats on great new tractor. You did good. ...and at some elevation I think that turbo is the ticket. If you want to sell...they will knock down your door for that model IMO. Any remote outlets on the back?

Most folks only plug the block heater in for 1/2 hour to an hour before use. I think you will find you only need it at 20 degrees or less. (?)

No remotes....I spent the extra coin on the tractor vs getting a hydraulic blade and remotes.

I think we're on the same page as far as resale....I figured this would sell better than the 3120 if I have to let it go. Neither had rear remotes....

There was a repo'd 3720 I took a run at but I was too low. It had 90 hours and was set up with CX loader with heavy duty bucket, fully hydraulic 72" front blade, pallet forks, R4 tires with calcium chloride, 1 remote in rear, grill guard, and a block heater (no warranty). They wanted 25,250 for it but I didn't want the blade and forks so offered 23,000 for tractor and loader. They said no...24,500...I was like...no...and they sold the whole package for pretty much what they were asking to someone else.
