I will be storing my 2310 outside under the lean-to and would like advice on what you do to winterize the tractor. I will be checking the anti freeze strength and putting something in the fuel(what do you use). Any other advice? Thanks.

Some guys go to a lighter weight oil...I don't, but I'm quite a bit south of you.
Main thing I'd do is add a block heater. My tractor is kept in a garage most of the time, but having had a diesel pickup...even if the glow plugs or intake heater does the job, it's so much easier on the engine with a block heater.
Trickle charger on the battery might be advisable too.

As far as the fuel, I use Power Service or Sea Foam. Make sure you run the engine a bit to get the winterized fuel throughout the fuel system.

Also I would recommend to fill the tank completely to eliminate the possibility of condensation in the tank.;)

That won't hurt. But, with the tank being plastic, your not really going to get condensation.

An often over looked item is the owners manual recommends changing the antifreeze yearly.

I no longer do that. But I do use fleet antifreeze for diesel engines, and add diesel additive annually until it tests good.
