Today I started taking the leaves down to the road. In our township the public works department collects the leaves from the side of the road for free every week this time of year. Of course here are some pics: ;)

Nice pics,
I live on the western side of the commonwealth. Our leaves all dropped 2 weeks ago. Now is the "ugly" time before the snow makes everything look nice. Hope the Mrs. didn't bust your chops too badly for using your tractor to haul leaves:)

No, my mom thought it was a good idea (I'm 15...).

You are just using that for an excuse to use the tractor. You should be pulling that tarp by hand to get some exercise. Just kidding. LOL zman

Why use a rake when you have a backhoe to gather the leaves? ;)

Kyle,

When I was 15 I was driving my dad's 1970 Plymouth Fury (a multi-colored and heavily dented ginormous box of metal). Now, mind you, even though she had the lines of an M-1 tank I loved her dearly for many reasons that I will not elaborate on here.

The fun you are having and the memories that you are making on that orange tractor will stay with you for a lifetime, if you are lucky.

As your signature says...keep on tractorin'!

I learned to drive in our yard in my dad's '69 dodge dart. It was a POS that no longer passed inspection. I helped him to clear the yard with it when he was building our new house. So long as the tree wasn't too big I got to ram into them in reverse to knock them over. I couldn't imagine doing that today. Or what the neighbor's thought. But, that was the GREATEST thing for a kid who was just learning to drive.
