Are you getting an allowance for your tractor "chores"? That'd be the ultimate...getting paid to have fun...I mean work ... on the tractor.

I do get an allowance, but it is not tied in with chores. It all evens out. Actually, I volunteered to do the leaves...:thumbsup:

All I had was a reel mower (Roy powered)

Today I started taking the leaves down to the road. In our township the public works department collects the leaves from the side of the road for free every week this time of year.

When I was 15 I was driving my dad's 1970 Plymouth Fury (a multi-colored and heavily dented ginormous box of metal). Now, mind you, even though she had the lines of an M-1 tank I loved her dearly for many reasons that I will not elaborate on here.

The fun you are having and the memories that you are making on that orange tractor will stay with you for a lifetime, if you are lucky.

I've done that before with my grandpa, both with the tarp and with the trailer. But at home, we only have 1 tree with leaves in the yard so i just use my L118 to blow the leaves into the woods. I also blow the leaves off the driveway to keep it looking clean. Plus the drainage is poor on the drivway so I am trying to esablish a ditch i dug with a BX24. In my case, i get payed for my chores, but there's a catch, when we go out for say fast food, i gotta pay for my own.
