I agree. They want to sell what they have and you should get a better deal. Mine was from the lot. Kioti CK30hst, Bobcat's 230 twin. It had 1 hour on the meter which seemed very reasonable. The 235 is a good selling model and I bet it hasn't been there long. Maybe exposed to some weather but I'm sure they'll have it all shined up and you'll find it can take the weather pretty good. You could check the seat for any cracks. Mine was replaced before delivery via warranty due to a small crack in the vinyl. Maybe take the one you're getting for a test drive and make sure everything is the way you think it's supposed to be. If a control seems stiff or if something needs adjusted, ask them about it. They can do what's needed before delivery unless it's just the way the tractor is. Have fun with the new toy. Mine is all ready for the snow to fly and it's supposed to be coming here on Black Friday.
