Ya, if you throw enough confusion out there, eventually your opponents will start to doubt themselves.....

Throw in a pile of lost messages, ignored emails, and some corporate drama, and soon all you'll want is a garden rake and a spade instead of your grapple!!!

If one puts on a 600 lb grapple bucket, you can only lift 1,000 pounds after that, and then you are maxed out at what the tractor/loader can handle.

I think the real capacity is quite a bit over 1,600# total. I was able to lift a pallet of tile - weight @ 2,050# + Forks @ 400 = 2,450. Granted the "lift" only amounted to about 3" - both from the bed of the truck and then later off the floor.

Obviously there is a difference of some 850# just as there is a big difference between ability to lift from ground to full height. Anyway, just trying suggest, for practical work, a 300CX probably does not top out at 1,600#

Fair enough. A Markham Grapple should weigh about 497lbs.

I've thought about putting my stuff on trailer and taking it to the quarry and running it up on the scale. But it's only like 5 min away. That's the only thing I can come up with unless you get a BIG scale. I sure the more educated on here come up with something to do with tire pressures or something.:confused2:

Not to open the can of worms any wider than it already is, but I'd like to hand you a beer I think.

There is and there will only be one Melissa Markham. She is knowledgeable and simply a delight to deal with. They exceeded my expectations everytime I dealt with them.

I couldn't agree more. So much so that if the Markham's are interested, I'm prepared to help them with startup capital to get going again.

I can't do this alone, so are there any other takers?? I bet the Markham's will produce better than your RRSP's do.....
