Are you talking about the "hooks" and "pins" used in the JDQA? They can be made easliy from CAT3 pins and 1 1/2" angle iron for the hooks. But here are the part numbers anyway:

W47211 PIN, BUCKET

W43359 HOOK, BUCKET

Yep, exactly.

Chat later, I'm off to my anger mngt class.

I have followed this SAGA for a while....AND was a grapple customer during the "transition" process from Markham to Gator.

IMO Jeremy has some valid points he has made.....as I experienced some (but comparatively little) of the weak "gator girl" response and treatment. Enough so that I would think twice before ordering again. Again IMO....some is attributable to lack of product knowledge....and more is attributable to a "gator girl" mentality. (not listening or caring enough to get it right, or returning phone calls or emails.)

IMO the product I received is made correctly (with the exception of hydraulic connections)....but the office staff needs an attitude adjustment. AND...stop using multiple people to post as "gator girl" as you are confusing people on whom is making statements. I pointed this out in a previous post.

Also, I have owned a small biz in the past (and we did internet sales). UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES would I have a confrontation such as this over a web "board". It does not belong here....and you will damage your biz....IMO.

I also hope that you resolve these issues as your firm has a good product ...at a good price to offer this community.

I also think Jeremy may be "spoiling" for a fight due to some mistreatment and ............? I think this could best be resolved in another way than this board.

The above is offered as constructive criticism. I hope it is received in that manner.

I rather enjoy watching a good controversy from the sidelines....BUT MAN.....this is getting outta control. :confused2:

You'd have come off better if you would've omitted these two comments.

However, I read the whole thread, & if I were buying a grapple or other attachment, I'd consider Gator. One guy has been done wrong & even the attempted corrections are going poorly. That happens once in a while - A transaction that gets fouled up & you just can't seem to get it corrected.

It does seem that when things go south they just can't get turned around. Looks like this is one of those times.

I agree and I have sent Jeremy a private note letting him know all I want to do is make it right. Wether it be a refund so he can move forward or another try to get it right. I am open to either. I have no hard feelings and really have came in on the back end as I was some of that new Sept 2010 staff so before that I cannot really make an educated guess on all the ins and outs of the situation. But I can keep my emotions out of it and keep it professional. I know we all can. Everything is good and I really do enjoy being on here. I AM learning loads of information! LOL Some I am not sure I even need yet!
Thanks beepington! Have a great day!

Thanks will take it all as constructive and move forward with it.
By the way I am the only one posting so sorry if it was confusing! Try to make that clear moving forward. Point taken.

.....I just wanted to get a grapple LOL.

I am going to try and phone around to different JD dealerships in the next 3 provinces and see who can give me a grapple at the cheapest price.

I know you pay big for that green paint, but at least if I buy a JD grapple for a JD loader, I know for certain it's going to work 110% better than I ever imagined it would, and it will fit, FIRST TIME!

Try Horst Welding (HLA) too, I think there plant is in Ontario somewhere. Very solid stuff.

Cheapest price I could find on a JD grapple, $2,500.

Wow, I know John Deere is John Deere, they need no introduction, but still, come off your high horse and lower your prices already!

Just a bit of info. You can do 100 things great for your customers and maybe get 10 word of mouth praises. You can do 1 thing wrong for a customer and easily get 100 word of mouth "praises".

I really hate that bad things happen, but they do.
If the girls wouldn't have responded we would have thought " yeah they scr---- him. I think they were just defending themselves a little, for the benefit of all those reading the other side of the dispute.
I also think Jeremy has a very real gripe that needed addressing in a better way. Just keep an open mind, I too agree that this was a bad place to air the dirty laundry.
