Syracuse Chilled Plow - serial 362-1862

I have a horse-drawn Syracuse Chilled Plow - serial # 362 1862. It throws the dirt to the left. All of the other plows that I have throws the dirt to the right. This is not a flip plow. What do I have?

They made them in left and right versions for prarie sod apparently.
The Syracuse Chilled plow company was purchased by The John Deere Co., in 1910 apppparently.
