I have a JD 5105 and it seems that the fuel line freezes. I keep the fuel on full and buy fuel from reputable diesel co. Have prime and drained fuel and water seems to come out of tank. I also use Diesel 911 in cold months-anyone have any idea of why this is happening and how to correct the problem.

have you drained the tank yet? sounds like residual water in there.
The primer pump on these tractors tend to get dirt in them when there is contamination in fuel. There are rubber flap valves in the pump that can't seal when the dirt gets under them and the pump won't work. You can either disassemble the pump and clean it or install a new one. I usually install an inline strainer/filter between the tank and primer to prevent this. Also be sure the rubber fuel hose from tank is in good condition. If there is small dry rot crack, the pump might be sucking air instead of fuel.

This is a common way to sabotage your tractor's fuel system.
Temperature differences between fuel sources can create condensation. Or moving your tractor inside and outside and allowing the fuel tank to go from cold to warm and vice versa.
Of course, your fuel source should have a filter system - a dual media one - with water block is good.
