MF being built in the USA

Although this will not concern 90% of this forum but i just found out that MF will be building tractors in the USA again. It will only be the 200+ hp for now but who nows maybe they will start building some smaller ones over here too.
Yea for MF and putting some jobs back in the USA. :thumbsup:

Nope it will be MF. Im thinking it will be the 8400 series

Yes the original MF was built in Canada but some were later made in the US also

I heard that the other day too. Good for them. 8600 series to start I think. Probably move down the line with all the french built stuff eventually.

Glad to hear this about MF . Maybe other corporations will take notice . Maybe jlsmith quote will be wrong .... maybe more here will buy MF , maybe some on this forum will have a son or daughter or their self working for MF , or a supplier to MF .

Sorry if my quote was misleading, was referring to the size tractor since this site is mainly scut and cut owners. Just found out it will be the MT600 and the 8600 that will be built here for now. They will be built in Jackson. Minn. Hopefully the smaller sizes will come later. Bad news is everything is going to tier 4 and it looks like the Perkins may be on there way out. I know they will be n the 5400 and up.
