HydrauLink?

From what I read they say it makes small adjustments automatically which makes me think it would not hold something like a blade at a consistent angle. It sounds like if it caught on a high spot the link would automatically move and the blade would ride over the high spot instead of knocking it down. It is an interesting concept but I would want to see one work before I bought it.

Do a quick search, there are countless heated threads as to its worth or worthlessness.

No reason you can't put a hydraulic top link, and even tilt on your BX. Use the search function, you will find other members who have done it.

Kubota offers a dual rear remote kit for the non TLB BXs, at least the latter model years. I added it to my BX1860 and had a hydraulic toplink. They don't offer it for the BX25/24 since the BH subframe interferes with where the valve is mounted. You could still set up your own remote ports using aftermarket valves, etc. I gave that hydraulink some thought once I bought the BX25 but they make only one size and it's too long for BX use in my opinion.

If you'd like to see an example of HydrauLink working, go to Demonstration video . Watch the video titled 'Adjusting HydrauLink'.
There seems to be some confusion about HydrauLink's cushion effect. Yes, it moves but only slightly under normal circumstances. The small amount of air used to cushion it is limited by the hydraulic fluid also used in the system. The idea here is that HydrauLink takes the abuse rather than you, your tractor or your implement. So if it encounters a particularly rough spot, hydraulink will extend to take the blow. If you watch the video, you'll see hydraulink working on hard ground with a box blade. It works it without a problem or making uneven cuts.

We have a new video coming out showing HydrauLink with a tiller and being used to carry round hay bales. I hope this helps.

There are a number of online vendors carrying HydrauLink now (and more coming in the spring). Agri Supply, Pat's Easy Change System, and Surplus Center. Check to be sure but I bet most of them have a money back guarantee if you're not happy.

Strange you should mention this. We've had a good number of requests for a smaller version of HydrauLink. We are working on it now.
