I would give a lot to have that joy stick, boy I sure do hate the one on my 2320.

I don't know, this guy looks like the average joe and I think he did ok on getting on and off.
YouTube - John Deere Front Loader and Backhoe Attachment Demonstration

He's no average Joe from what I can see, but rather looks like he does it for a living. Probably 50 times a day sometimes, or more, everyday. But, that wasn't the total of my point. JD usually has outstanding designs. On the surface, the fender solutions don't look like up to the standard I've come to expect. Maybe they're better in real life than they look. My first impression though is YUCK!

But the rumors of super easy attachment on/off might outweigh the fender issues. I'm still not sure it is the right tractor for me though.

They seem very unsure when to release it to the public. There must be a reason behind it.

A few weeks ago there was a rumor that the new tractors had problems with the steering and would have to be re-engineered. Perhaps there was some truth to it.

I believe what you are seeing is John Deere doesn't want to put the information out without having the equipment ready to deliver from the dealer. The last thing they want is to advertise them for sell and be unable to delivery quickly.
As for steering issues, I'm sure these tractors have been in testing for some time and any steering issues would have been corrected long ago. I'm sure they don't want to repeat the issues they had with the 4000 series during its intro.

I'm not sure that is it given the media day they had last week introducing the tractors and then posting the press release. Maybe it is just a technical glitch on their website.

I agree that any steering problems should have been found and fixed a long time ago. Just grasping for a reason I guess.

It's called creating buzz. Based on all of us here looking and typing, I'd say it's working very well.

Very cool design and may fit the needs of some but...I don't know..this makes the lines even more blurry between high-end Mower and under powered tractor.

I have a SCUT and this looks like a SSCUT. At some point a decent Rider, a Wheelbarrow and a shovel may offer a much cheaper solution.
