im sure theres a reason for their closing, but we will never know what that reason is or was.i always used them to get my parts from.

If the closing happened in the described manner, locking the gates and then hauling off the inventory, it isn't difficult to figure out the "why" part. Money or fraud, period.

well it happened just that way.an it was quick an painless.

Big city banks will close a business like this.
I have not seen a farm dealer closed but the new mantra of thinking is to strike fast, clean out the aasets as fast as possible and wrap it up before objections and resistance can mobilize.

or maybe it has something to do with the parts lady getting killed in a car wreck a few weeks ago and Cnh wanted out before lawsuits started flying---talk about fraud -----can you say bank or wall street with a straight face???---country folks work hard ----can you say the same about those folks in NY city???

Rick it could well be money and market share! They have been under a very bad drought for about 3 years. Many of the Holland foreign dairy farmers are getting on airplanes and going back to holland leaving many people holding the bag. And dairy farmers have been losing $2 for every dollar that they get from milk. Bean counters can make the darndest decesions sometimes. and i bet if you lost one of your staff to a recent car wreck your paper work would not be up to snuff!!!!----just saying---- it is not always clear why something happens----look what is going on with all the JD dealers "going" out of business---is this Fiat Industrials new plan to follow Jb off that cliff---mom and pa dealers beware you may be next-----it happens!!!

i doubt the parts lady getting killed in a car wreck had anything todo with their closing.an they sure wouldnt be sued over her having a wreck,as im sure is was in her personslly owned car.i knew the lady an i doubt that she knew anything about their up coming closure.
