I just wanted to comment on using WD40 instead of grease, because it kinda bugs me. WD40 is one of the worst lubricants I've seen, it is little more than a aersol penetrating oil, and, in my opinion, does more harm than good. You should look into using a good lubricant with a solvent carrier to seep into pins and bushings, we use a product called HHS2000 by Wurth.
I realize there is not much out there as cheap as WD40, but there is a reason why it is so ridiculously cheap.
