Tractor News Interesting Shibaura engine plate on new T1530

I saw this plate on a new economy compact at the New Holland exhibit
at the recent WorldAgExpo.

It's a Shibaura 2.2 engine on a T1530. It says it is compliant with the
newest CARB standards for off-road Diesels for 2010. For 7 years or
5000 hours anyway. I wonder what happens then.....

NH was showing new Boomers, too, but all with Mitsubishi engines since
the Shibaura engine deal seems to be dead.

No more warranty on the emissions system. My 2007 TD95D Teir II engine has a 5 year emission system warranty.
