Build 26 ft x 28ft double car port.
Strengthen 6 ft x 60 ft deck and then build roof over it with 24" (2 ft) overhang. Also put gates at each to keep dog in/out as needed
Finish 3rd bathroom.
Lay new carpets in dining room and living room.
Last but not least, build a cab for my open station Jinma tractor - keep the snow at bay while using the snowblower :D:D:thumbsup::thumbsup:

That's it for now - but also anything else that happens along the way !

Dig pond and use dirt accordingly
More functional & nicer entrance
Finish cleaning out the old barn
Dispose of all acumulated debris
Install lean too's along 60' walls (grade land accordingly)
Aprons for roll entrance's
Hopefully some basic electricity
Hopefully some lighting
Hopefully frame in some rooms
Hopefully some insulation
Possibly start on septic & plumbing

Many more items needed - but want the list to be realistic and achievable.

It would be nice as the season goes on to see photos along the way.
I'll post mine.

Yes...It's a nice 42 x 60 building with extra smooth concrete floor that I painted with floor epoxy. One of the smarter moves I have done.
I could just build one bench that's 32 ft long and nail it to the posts and be done with it.
But I figure that I could build rolling benches and be able to get behind them to vacumn. Like all barns I get bugs, moths and things and figure rolling would be a good idea. Would also keep the mice out i hope.
It's preliminary so I'm open to any suggestions. After all, rolling benches are a lot of work.

What brand is it?

Have any pics?...I'd be interested...

Not that I can immediately think of.
I did also build a Walters building for equip storage so I can compare the two.
Are you thinking of building something?
