2009 GC2410TLB with about 110 hours,. I have nothing but high praise for this little work horse of a tractor, :cool2:. KC :D:D:D

2010 GC2610TLB arrived in October and now at 35 hours. Nothing broken yet but coffee gets cold quickly as cup holder needs to be heated.

I'll take one!

"Mine's a 2007 GC2300 and as of today it's got a mere 1678 hrs"...

I think you got me beat!:laughing: Nice to know my LRB should have a lot of life left in her- don't expect I'll live long enough to need another one at the rate I'm going!

Walt, mine is an '07 as well, and I have roughly 220 hrs on it. We must be 'typical' users.

Jaybrad, only 140 hrs? You need to get busy and catch up!

I was going to recommend that we create a GC sub-forum, but from reading through some of these posts, it looks like the 2400-2610 series are different enough from 2300/2310 tractors that it would still be an us/them discussion.

I can't say for sure, but I think there are enough interchangeable parts between these to consider them the same.

Have you ever heard of Google?

No, what's that?

Pick any product or topic and you can get thousands of hits - many of which will be junk, some will be helpful. It is the responsibility of the user to make the distinction.

Many of us here have posted a myriad of repair questions and received great answers and advice, which has been invaluable to me - and I'm sure to others as well.

Are you suggesting that we abandon doing so because of how it will look when collectively assembled by a search engine? I hope not.

I still think it is a stretch to think we would significantly affect Agco's bottom line - but I'm sure I stand to be corrected. ;)

Reason I'm asking is, I plan on having this tractor for a long long time-just looking for what to expect. I think all sub compacts have there share of issues but so far, from the post, I am pretty impressed-no engine or transaxle issues associated with long hours.

These sub compacts no doubt see alot more abuse than their bigger counter parts as owners try to get more work out of them.

IMHO, these are very well built little units - and I think you are correct that we tend to push them, and they keep on delivering. My 2310 is at the tops of the best purchase decisions I ever made.

@JMynes - you're right, I do need to use it more. And looks like I'll have that opportunity tonight and tomorrow....and maybe Sunday, too. :D

No, I never said not to use this forum to discuss problems and fixes, that is what it is for.

I suggested it would be counter productive, and unnecessary to use THIS THREAD as a running list of repairs everyone has done without much, or any context.

Would you also pay $15,000 for a stock, and then going on the internet and tell people how bad it is?

I guess we have different views. I spent 22k on my 2310, 2360 and box blade. It was money expended for equipment I needed and have no intention of ever selling. It's kind of like my views on appraised value/property taxes, if you're not selling it doesn't matter how much it goes up.
