Converting trailer to ez-lube?

I have Dexter axles (torsion) and they have all come with the drilled axles. Grease enters the rear and then is pushed to the front. Wonder why yours is different....

The torsion axles can be ordered either way, the standard is without them.
There is very little difference in cost, but some trailer builders will save a buck.

My car hauler and enclosed race trailer both have the EZ-Lube, but I never use them. Just a accident waiting to happen in my opinion, I just remove, clean , INSPECT, and repack every year. That way I know the bearings are in good shape. Plus I can inspect the brakes at the same time.

I also have the EZlube dexters and am pretty afraid to use them. Always feels like I'm pumping grease into the brakes.
