#1; I don't buy chinese implements...poor quality for the most part and minimal dealer support. I only buy implements that are either made in the US/Canada or have a solid dealer network.
#2; The OP couldn't find any information on the blower which should tell you something.
#3; I know you're an importer of chinese stuff, so you have a stake in their reputation.
#4; However, how big a network (should you have a warranty claim 50-100 miles from your shop) do you have?
#5; What if you retire,
#6; go bankrupt
#7; or just get out of the business?
#8; What do your customers do then?
#1; Oh, sorry I missed all that part of his inquiry. I took your post as you have had experience with these blowers, my bad.
#2; I thought that痴 what these forums were all about was to offer a way to find information ???
#3; I am actually more interested in my business reputation than the Chinese stuff reputation. I sell this Chinese stuff for what it is and what it ain稚. 100% Market demand is why I Import. Some of it I want import/sell. Everyone has to live within there own means $$$$. The Chinese stuff allows some to maintain there property at a price they can afford.
#4; I don稚 have a network nor promote one. 99 % of all the people that has contacted me considering purchasing Chinese stuff already knew there is no network. A network adds cost. Most (not all) of the 50-100 mile tractor sales are sold with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. They have a way to transport or they pay me to pick up & deliver for repair/service/warranty. Usually when they go 75-800 miles away they are sold with a one year parts warranty only...... meaning you have to be the mechanic or have one ..... while I supply the warranty parts. All the chippers are sold with a one year parts warranty only.
#5; That is a nice thought but, I probably have more odds of dieing.
#6; I have wondered that myself since 9-1989.
#7; Market demand & the economy will decide that for me.
#8; Don稚 know ?? They may have to do the same similar thing they did when they found me?.
I just wondered... I have imported/sold a few China blowers in the pass . Helped some owners in the Northern States and Canada with parts/questions and a couple of dealers in Canada. Some people love em and some hate em To me, it痴 just like everything else. My perspective is there are more of these blowers in Canada. Most of the parts request for me have been to repair things that got damaged when something went through it or Tired to that wasn稚 snow. Kinda the same kind of parts request I get from ERSKINE owners. I think these China blowers fall into the same category as the China chippers & tractors I sell and service. Somebody's got to prep it prior to putting to work. My opinion... no quality control at the factory. Everybody's wallet is different.
