Yes i put a 1" thread plug in the tank and plan to fill it with water when i get it to my lot. I didn't use sand because i will have to trailer it back and forth from the lot to the house and this way i can take some weight out of it. I think sand would be a better choice as it would weigh a lot more.

My chart shows sand at twice the weight of water.
Yeah, but he can drain the water out after use...his post did mention that his FEL could barely lift the empty tank. Of course, that doesn't mean his 3PH can't.
you are right, there is a slight bounce between rows. . .And i'm mad at my self for not seeing that before i started welding. I was on my 3rd row when it hit me. I,ve only pulled it empty and only about 50'. The bounce isn't that bad but i'm sure after i use it the first day i'll be looking at a way to fix it.I know hindsight is always better but I would have staggered the rows. I hope there is no bouncing between the time one row contacts the dirt and then the next row. staggered it would be in constant contact.
