Had two (2) 3 point quick hitches, one from Harbour Freight, the other from Speedco. Tired of hooking up my equipment with either one of them. Purchased Pat's easy system and would like to know if anyone has been able to use a draw bar with Pat's system? Thanks for your comments.

Had'em on my last two tractors; PEC Cat2 on a 45hp utility tractor, PEC Cat1 on a 35hp compact. Had ball hitches on both drawbars, and towed a lot of farm trailers with'em. Never experienced even a hint of interference whatsoever between PEC and either drawbar. But I did have to raise the lift arms enough to clear the trailer tongues during sharp turns. But I don't see that the PEC system contributed to that one way or the other.

Did you use anything to keep draw bar from turning over, or just lock hitch on ball and drive on.

greg, I think the drawbar he is asking about is the drawbar that goes between the lift arms, not the normal drawbar.

I dont know it that will work, I couldnt get one at my dealer that would work even with regular telescoping links.

I'm really not sure what the problem here is or why it wouldn't work with any type of lift arms, clevis or ball ends - I've seen 'em on both. The one shown in the picture most definitely does fit on ball ends - I've done it many times. It's a standard pin on the ends of the drawbar that would fit whatever category lift you have, as long as you buy the correct size drawbar. On the clevis or Pat's lift arms, you would just press it in with your hands till they lock, and away you go - just like anything else. It really shouldn't function any differently.

Ok, now you have me completely stumped. What could possibly cause interference? The stabilizer/anti-rotation bracked would bolt onto the middle of the drawbar (if you even chose to use one - most people don't), and the other end pins into the toplink - again, a standard size. It wouldnt matter if the drawbar was attached with rocks and sticks - there is nothing to interfere with anything - it's just a standard sized part that fits hundreds of different tractors - specific dimensions and characteristics of lift arms make no difference at all.

Maybe I'm completely on the wrong page here and not really understanding what you are describing. Perhaps a picture to clear things up?
