Have you seen my "Bucket Buddy" I didn't make this myself, just had someone make it to my plan, when I was ordering another trailer hitch.
It would be very easy, no need for angle iron, just flat stock, plenty of contact area, so weld would be simple, less critical than on the hooks.
We can negotiate the rights to the name use after you make some money
