According to the diagram on deere's website, that snapring is the onlything that holds it on. sometimes they are a PITA. If it really wont budge, and if the wheels have any accessory holes, like for weights, see of you can get a puller to work. Or even make your own puller.:thumbsup:

Be sure there is no tractor weight on the tire and just yank it off (but don't pull it off the jack
