Box blade size

I am trying to determine the best size for my 1070 4wd. I figure a 6' would be no problem, but am I getting a little too ambitious thinking about a 7'?

Get a heavy duty 6 footer and be happy. Maybe with hydraulic actuated rippers and "TnT" hydraulics. Should weigh at least 1000lbs.
