Bought this nifty new seat cover for $19 from Amazon. Fits very good. After a few days out working on it the wrinkles will go away. I'm wanting to keep my original seat looking good as long as possible.

That's a fine lookin' cover. You'll find it is very comfortable and keeps your butt and back from sweating on a hot day. I don't know how you could have spent that $19 any better than to buy one of those. The pockets on the back of the seat are just a plus. Lookin' good. . .:thumbsup:

I'm guessing a smaller lawn and garden tractor or my TC18 would probably use the small rather than the medium size? Interesting that the small is more expensive than the medium size.

My seat is kinda small. Only 15" tall vertically. Actually it's not much bigger than my lawn tractor seat and the cover I bought was for a lawn tractor.

The seat on my TC40DA has a Huge, gaping tear in it -- very uncomfortable to sit on. Just wondering if anyone here knows where to find a decent, yet possibly not too expensive, replacement seat? Or, perhaps some way to repair and/or cover such a large tear?

Seat cover or Ebay has new ones that are bolt on replacments for yours..even has the opening attachment for the seat switch underneath.

Just type in New Holland seat in the search engine and maybe TC40DA. I think they are approx $130.00

I know this is an old thread, but I wanted to add that I bought the Classic Accessories 12324 seat cover from Amazon (the one in the link earlier in this thread) for my NH TC40DA. It fit great and looks really good. I'm glad I found this thread since it's hard to know if universal seat covers will fit very well. I'm very happy with the way the cover fits and it looks like it should last a long time.
