My TN70A was lost in a fire

I have a M7040 and absolutely love it. It is a dream to operate and powerful enough to do whatever you need it to.
You can't go wrong with it.

Sorry to hear about your loss.

We have an M7040 hydraulic shuttle. Its been great for veggie farming and general land maintenance.
I liked the TN's when we were shopping but went orange instead.

What type of drawn/mounted equipment are you using?
That may steer you to the bigger M8540.

Best of luck.

3 x 14 Plow Massey Ferguson

6 foot Bush Hog

72 inch roto tiller (CCM)

84 inch double augur, two stage PTO snowblower.

Does that change your mind?

Doc,

Our M7040 pulls without difficulty:
JD F630 3-16 trailer plow
JD BW 13' transport disc
72" KK Tiller
72" KK rotary cutter
RainFlo 2600 Mulch Layer

Sounds like you would fair well with this size tractor given your current use.

The RainFlo is the biggest thing we use.
Its about 2200#'s loaded up with plastic and a "buddy" on the back.
CatII 3pt and probably stretches close to 8' back from the 3pt arms.

That should be more load than your snowblower and the M7040 handles it okay when ballasted properly.

why not just pick up another TN if you liked it so much?

your insurance isnt going to cover the cost of a new tractor but will likely pay most of what a comparable used one would be.

i think this link will work NEW HOLLAND TN70A, Used NEW HOLLAND TN70A, NEW HOLLAND TN70A For Sale At TractorHouse.com - Page 1

Great idea! Now, insurance called on Friday. It appears that I have a replacement policy. So, if I understand what they told me (always subject to change) then it appears they will buy a equivalent to the TN70A, such as a brand new T4030. How about them apples?
