JD 6675 skidsteer (New-Holland)dead battery

Hello

I have a JD 6675 skidsteer with a DEAD battery. The battery won't take a charge or a jump. Problem is with the arms down you can't pull the battery. Any suggestions on lifting the arms when a machine isn't running?

Did you ever find out how to do this we are having the same issue

open the rear engine door,lift and prop the mesh engine cove or remove it,lift the right side engine cover up and out,reach in from side and connect jumper to positive terminal on battery,ground the other cable and start the machine and lift the arms and secure the boom lock.you can now get at the battery.
