You say Hydraulink is designed for Cat 1 up to 45 hp; I have a JD 5203, hp @56 but still Cat 1. Is that too much hp, and if so, how are y'all coming along on the production of your next up model?

Several months ago we started working with a new manufacturer that changed this rule a bit. Although we have a category I unit, it does work on the smaller category II tractors as well. In short, you can now ignore the hp rule of the past. The category I unit can handle up to 5300 lbs and can be adjusted out to about 27". If this doesn't work for you, the new category II units should be available by mid-June. If you prefer, you can get an extended screw for the cat I unit when they come in at about the same time.

No, TSC has not listed it on their website yet. You'll need to call your local TSC store and give them the sku # 1018479. They can order it for you. I understand they are selling it for $199.

I have a cat 1 tractor (Kubota L-3010) but I need a LONGER top link.
Should I get an extended screw for a cat 1 link OR will the cat 2 link work AND be longer?
Thanks:confused:

Sorry for the delay. If I were you, I'd go for the cat I with the extended screw. It'll save you money. I will tell you though that we are waiting for a shipment of extended screws due in next month (sorry for the delay).

TSC is not doing you any favors.......after contacting them with the proper SKU, the salesman had no idea what i was talking about. I described it to him, still didnt understand. Said he would do some research and 'call me back'. That was 5 days ago.

Hmm... not good. Give me the store's phone number. I will personally call and get it straightened out for you. You can either email me or post it here. I know it can be done because at least one of the TBN-ers already ordered one this way. If you email me your name and phone number, I'll ask them to contact you directly.

I am the TBN person who ordered one from my local TSC. I just gave them the SKU and they were able to call their local buyer for the store and get it for me. I just picked it up this past Sunday. It took a couple of weeks for it to arrive after they placed the order as it is not a stocked item for that store. The $199 TSC price was better than what I saw mail order at the time with shipping Etc.

I have not had time to play with it yet.
