I am looking at stepping up from my Kubota BX to a CT225 7TL and 7TB and would be interested in input about the ease of removing the loader as well as replacing the Hoe with the 3PT hitch. Greatly appreciate it.

"I am looking at stepping up from my Kubota BX to a CT225 7TL and 7TB " is a understatement stepping up would be from the BX series to the 120 to the 225 is Jumping:D

7TL is nice I found you do need to release line pressure brfore hooking back up just because they are mounted in a line close together Q/A HOSES could be mounted higher but thats me complaining about gettin down there to hook them up I can say the tractor/loader people pretty much have this down pat across the board
and 7TB cannot comment except that I want one 2

I only took it off once now I just leave it on good ballast for the cutter anyway. Small tight area + Big Hands do not work together well

Thanks Sabretooth. Now all I need is some insight on the 7TB. I have the Woods on my BX which easily detaches from the sub frame, but I heard a rumour that detaching the 7TB involves removing part or all of the sub frame leaving some huge footprint necessary for storage!:confused2:.

I do not think so I believe thats part of the reason for the subframe to make it sturdier and easier for removal not unlike your BX.
Now it does take ground clearance from the 2 series and not sure if you can have that and MMM at same time
Being Mothers Day and all answers are probally gonna be sporadic

I have a 8TB on my CT335, I "think" the 7TB mounts about the same.

I Remove and install the 8TB a lot so I feel it is pretty easy. I can totally remove mine in about 7 mins, I can re-install it in about 10 mins.

1) Put Bucket and feet on ground.
2) Pull pins from subframe.
3) Remove top link.
4) Lower Bucket to tilt Loader frame from tractor frame.
5) Remove quick couplers and drive away.

Decent. Sounds similar, just on a slightly larger scale. If I rush, I can do the little Woods in under 2min.! Thanks, Rollcenter

I can't remember where I heard that about the Woods, but I think it had more to do with the weight of the hoe presenting the possibility of crushing down against the mmm.:D

See it is easy would think by now the companies would get it right on attaching unattaching the BH. What I meant with MMM is the Bobcat I think uses the 3point to raise and lower the unit ? and with the subframe of BH I think it gets in the way of the motion maybe someone that has or had it knows more though

I do not have a MMM but I do have a Woods BH-80X on a CT230. It is my understanding the the 3pt raises and lowers the MMM and with my BH on, the 3pt is inoperable.

I also have to remove what I would call the anti sway bars from the lower arms in order to attach the bh. Not a huge deal, pull a couple of pins but it does add more time. I can put mine on in about 15-20 min with some help, if I am by myself, I have a hard time getting the BH lined up with the subframe because you can not see it from the seat.

The Rhino/Bobcat BH may install differently and maybe easier.

With the BH6000 the lift still works although the 3ph arms are removed to accomodate the hoe. I can mount the mmm and it will raise and lower I just don't believe it is recomended to cut the lawn wirth the hoe attached.
