We ended up getting a Baltic tiller that is much heavier duty than I ever imagined. It makes my old tiller look like a toy.

Surplus center has all the same hyd pieces, and ship next day. I gave up on ccm last year after having to track them down on the phone for 3 days just to get a price.

I had my creditcard in hand all 3 calls i made and all i got was a unhappy rude man that didn't have time to answer my questions and on the third call he hung up on me. That being said, with the price difference between my 7' KK tiller and ccm I bought a shd 88 flail and love both pieces I ended up with. I guess all is well in the end

X3. Sounds like the same guy I got sandbagged by a few years back. I've used HTLs for years, none of which were equipped with DPCVs. So I questioned the actual need for them on his products. That seemingly innocent challenge resulted in him sending me several unfriendly PMs on this site, all of which I summarily ignored. Clearly not sated, he then actually called me at my home phone number - threatening to use his "influence" to have me banned from this forum

In the end though, all he succeeded in doing was convince me to never do any business with his firm.
