Ok, here are a bunch of different attachments on the link below for RTV's
Is there a point to looking at these for a bx series?
The demo looks interesting.

YouTube - ‪Quadivator demo clips‬‏

Should I be jealous of the RTV capability or are these under-performing attachments to make up for the vehicle there are targeted for?

Sort of shocked the RTV traction could be comparable.

TIA,

I'm sure the BX could pull those around, but why not just get proper Cat 1 3PH implements. There are plenty fine ones out there.

Danner,

The last one on the vid is two bottom plow - normally we are down to one.

The disk harrow (at 70in) is somewhat wider than recommended for the bx. So I'm wondering if the 3ph is actually more of a limitation for the implement size due to weight than what it can pull.

Interesting...But the soil looks to be pre-prepped...Might do a good job, who knows.

Besides, Anyone wear a crash helmet when you're doing this stuff?...Just sayin':D

It looks lkike they are only plowing about 4" deep in that photo, and in good sandy loam soil. Given clay, and my rocks, etc., and plowing to a normal depth, I doubt the plows would work so well. I've pulled a 4' X 8' harrow of that type behind a BX, and the tractor didn't even know it was there... You have speed with an RTV, but I doubt ATV's weigh as much, or can do many of the things a tractor can. The implements shown look to be well made, but are made for a market. They help folks justify the cost of buying an ATV, or help them get more use out of the one they have. Like another member said, a BX would pull all those implements just fine.

Why be jealous? It has the ball hitch, which the BX can easily use. The RTV 1100 is ~2500lbs and the BX24 is about the same with loader and MMM attached. The only difference I see is speed. The BX can easily pull the quadivator with no issues in the same conditions.

No thanks, I have a Rhino and 700 Grizzly, but use a tractor for tractor stuff. If all you have is an ATV/RUV and need something to work on food plots, I can see it.

Thanks for the replies. Seems like I should be looking at the standard stuff to do a good job.
