I was loading hay with my tractor the front end loader and rear lift stopped working. Could the hydraulic pump be out on it? Cause it just stopped working all of a sudden.

If it has a joystick, make sure that the valve is working properly. It's cable operated and i think there is a priority system that doesnot allow the three point to work when the lader valve is operated. Someone like RickB or JVBrink64 can provide a lot more help than I can. Repost with their names in the title.

had this happen.
locked in position? (not up or down?)

one of the connectors slipped out (esp if it's got mid-valves and they are down low and get hit). it will look like it's in, but it's not.
pull on all 4 connectors and make sure they are really in there.

you'll have to release all the pressure on it before you can get it to hook back up

I also had this type of issue. Got air in the hydraulics some how and once I bleed the hydraulics everything worked as normal. I thought I lost a pump and after calling my dealer and following their recommendations I was good to go.
