If the 2 backhoe hoses are well connected in the tractor, it should work otherwise there is a problem with the backhoe. The tractor has constant flow back there.
Is it the Deere 7 backhoe model?

it is a deere quick connect type ,, havent got it home yet dont know much about them ,, the valve body is leaking bad coming out of the top of some of the spools... front bucket works well it is probably low on fluid but the front bucket works well . thought there might be a front and rear valve or something on it it has 1000 hours on it bought it as is so I dont really know ,, thanks

Get it home, fix the leaks, make sure all connections are secure and then see what happens... congrats on the new to you Deere 955.. that's a popular model and 1000 hours isn't that much.. hope it's a fairly easy fix..:drink: (fingers crossed)

found out that there is a problem with the return line it swells up when u start the engine . the oil for some reason wont go back to the pump valve stuck or some thing checkd the hoses and they are ok plenty of pressure

If the return line isn't allowing fluid to return then something is blocking it. Take some pictures and post them.. Maybe a quick connection isn't seated.
I'd disconnect the return line and direct the flow into a bucket and see if the line really is not allowing flow.

did the bucket thing ,, that is how i found the problem,,

got it working and the leaks stopped ,,, there is a valve under the seat on the left side it was turned out about all the way counter clodkwise I turned it all the way in clock wise and then backed it about half way out and eveything went too normal leaks and all. as I said I just got it home yesterday and had not had much time too fool with it.

now i have some lights too fix degrease it and than grease it things are looking up thanks :thumbsup::thumbsup:
