Thinking of 5 ft box blade from tractor supply or should I go 6

My five foot landscape rake is wider than the wheel path and seems perfect for the b2620. But I don't know your width.

Warning: You get one too wide and the job will get done too quick, forcing you off the tractor

Stick with 5'. You will have a hard time pulling it full. Or go with a grademaster type blade in the 6' size. Runs a little more but so much faster to use than a box blade. I have both but really don't see much use for the box blade anymore. Your mileage may vary.

Man this thing is nice anyoneknow what range, speed if best for cutting grass
Generally Mid-range is the best for cutting grass. If you are only trimming a few inches off the top just push the pedal to the floor. If you are trying to cut knee high grass you better slow down to a crawl and even put into Low.

Thats what I've got on the back of mine and it works great. I've also got the 2.5" wheel spacers and the 5' box blade is still a little wider.

Congrats, the 3030 is a nice size tractor. I use to cut my grass in M on the B3200TLB I once owned, If grass is real high or land is rough try L, you can always change.

I asked the same question, and my dealer told be that its normal for the hydraulic oil temp to run 230deg. Sound too hot, but if they say its OK then I guess we'll see what happens.
