Have the RTV900 with the atv tires on it. Specs call for this to have 20# air pressure. This seems high to me, seems like 12-15 lbs. would work better, but was wondering what pressure you all are using in you tires.
Thanks.

What is the maximum pressure written onto the tire sidewall?
My mule uses 12psi on the rears and 8psi on the front tires.

20# sounds about right for an RTV. On my Utility ATV I keep 9# in the front and 7# in the rear because they are radials. Of couse, depending on what your doing with it, tire pressure can change. In the winter I put 12# in the front to compensate for the 60" Moose ATV plow. When riding in the snow or muddy trails I reduce the pressure which increese the foot print. Hauling stuff or carrying a load calls for an increase in pressure.

Ragkar, 28# max pressure is what is on tire, but I would have though something closer to the 12-15# range would have been closer for normal working pressure. I know I could reduce pressure, but don't want to void warranty on tire, only few months old. No problems, just seemed high.
