Equipment trailer without a dovetail???

Hey guys, I'm starting to look for a new equipment trailer thats 20ft long with 6k or 7k axles. Obviously pretty much any manufacturer makes a trailer like this. But I'm looking for one without a dovetail because this trailer will also be used to haul hay, and I dont want the stack leaning back because of the dove... Anyone know of any manufacturers that make an equipment trailer like this?

As far as I know, all PJ trailers come standard with a straight tail and the dove tail is optional. I'm talking about the deckovers, not sure about their low-boys.

Thats the thing, I'm looking for a between the wheels trailer sense it'll be used for hay. I like the looks of the kaufmans and the price, but the dove is turning me away.

I have a 20 ft. 7,000 lbs each axle flat bed, no dove tail like you describe. It is a PJ trailer. Some people don't like the PJ trailer but I have had no problems with mine.

I have a Franks Custom trailer they built me. It's 18' long they also have 20'ers too. It has 7K lb axles (2x3,500lbs) with breaks. I think it only cost me $1,800.00 with tax and everything.

Corn Pro makes good trailers. Many goose neck trailers have adjustable dovetails. You can raise the dove tail to level to suit your purposes. This is what I would buy in your situation.

Loading equipment on a non dovetail trailer can be a pain. Good luck.

Also check out Moritz trailers. And possible BigTex. I only would recommend Corn Pro from personal experience.

Some of this will depend on where you live, as many of the trailer makers don't have national distribution.

i have a quality 20' equipment trailer 2 5200# axels they call it a skidsteer trailer no dovetail it pulls great weighs 3050# empty , nice trailer i'd buy it again they are made in salem ohio .

B & B's can be had without a dovetail. Excellent trailers IMO.
