So now you are super man on grease (using laser eye vision)? Show me the raw data on why it is better? No stories, real data...
I love this site. Same stuff 9+ years later.

All of my clients rely on their machinery for their living as well. Mobil 1 is a great product. They use PAO synthetic base stock because of the high Viscosity Index. However, they put little effort into friction modifiers. In side by side performance test, Schaeffer's has outperformed Mobil 1 since it was developed in the early 70's. Schaeffer's uses the same PAO synthetics and a powerful friction modifying package as well. I use Mobil 1 to demonstrate against in my presentation. Not only do my clients get exceptional performance, they significantly reduce their operating expenses.
A typical loader arm moves 130 degrees, a bucket may move 145 degrees. (more or less) This is not high speed but certainly with load factors. Your hydraulic cylinders are hotter than your pivot points. It is important that these points are greased regularly. If you have the dollars for the super high end stuff, use it. Synthetics and high end oils can decrease intervals for changing but grease is grease. Lack of grease is a bigger sin than using a lower grade one.
