I'll say one thing though ...the law that mandates vehicle operators to insure themselves and others from the financial consequences of an automobile accident can and should provide equitable and timely adjudication of insurance claims.

1*The law that mandated that made no provisions for that.
2*My complaint is we are required to buy insurance from these insurers by a law which makes no requirements on the insurances compaines to see to it that insures do that.
The mandate requires us to buy insurance that don't exist because insurers will use every trick in the book to avoid paying claims .
