Blueriver,:)
I have to agree. When I found it, I saved it to a file.;) I plan on trying it on my Hill Country retirement property. After I find and buy it.
hugs, Brandi

I used the same method at a remote site 30 some years ago and it is still producing fine today.

The hill country is my favorite part of Texas Brandi, especially in the spring time!

Rick,
I have been to Alaska twice. Once in December to Fairbanks and once in August to Anchorage and Nome for sheetmetal jobs on helicopters. Loved all of it. I told my boss when we were in Anchorage, that if I had seen Alaska before I married, I would have moved to Alaska.

I take what you said as a compliment for the Hill Country.:D

If you can love Fairbanks in Dec, then you would make a good sourdough, not much to love then except for the N lites!

My favorite thing about traveling is coming home!

Brandi, I was looking all over for that link. I think it must have been on the last 'puter that crashed. Yes BR, excellent article and from those pic's I think you could use some of Joe Summy's ideas for that spring.

I hope you mean cistern.

Well its a septic tank that was put in just to hold the water from the spring .. so I guess your right it would be called a cistern.

I worked again yesterday on this project ... made a road coming in from the other side and that gave me more room to move dirt ... still have water seeping in and need to keep digging into the bank.

I have 4 places with seepage and am trying to get it all cleaned out, the bank keeps giving way with water coming out of it.

Well I dug out again today ... starting to get frustrated. I keep going into the sides where I am getting the seepage and thats what I keep getting... the bank keeps crumbling away and the water keeps seeping out.

Do you think I will ever find the so called head? My wife asked me how far are you going to go?
