And that maybe the case but. I can raise it on have hte lever in the Lock or ther other and i cna stand on it & it dosen't go down (or doesn't seem to anyway) Oh yea another thing is that it doesn't start to lift ubntill the leaver gets almost all teh way as far as it can go to the back. Is this normal as well?
